TERMS & CONDITIONS
A Boat That Life Charters

Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your charter.

We reserve the right to release any booking that has not been secured by a deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Weather Policy
Charters operate rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain.

In the event of unsafe weather, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

If rescheduling is not possible, including for out-of-town guests, a full refund will be issued.

Arrival & Timing
Charter time begins at the scheduled booking time.

Guests are asked to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time and will not extend the booking.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled charter without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Safety & Conduct
The captain has full authority over the vessel and all safety-related decisions.

All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain at all times.

We reserve the right to terminate a charter without refund if any guest is acting in an unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate manner.

Food, Drinks & Personal Items
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise specified.

Please drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication that impacts safety may result in early termination of the charter without refund.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

Guest Limits
Charters are limited to a maximum of 10 guests, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.

Liability
All guests participate at their own risk.

A Boat That Life Charters is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the charter, except where required by law.
