How do I book a charter?

To book your experience, simply contact us directly by phone, text, or email. We’ll walk you through availability, package options, and help you customize your perfect day on the water.

 

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and sunset slots, as they fill up quickly.

 

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your charter begins.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund. Please contact us directly for details.

 

Onboard Experience

 

How many people can come on the boat?

Our boat can accommodate up to 9 passengers, in line with Transport Canada regulations.

 

Is there a captain included?
Yes. All charters include a licensed, experienced captain so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water.

 

Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

 

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is permitted for passengers. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly to ensure a safe experience.

Is the boat family-friendly?
Yes, guests of all ages are welcome. Life jackets are available onboard.

What features does the boat have?
Our boat includes plush leather seating, a Bluetooth sound system, LED lighting for evening charters, and a spacious layout for relaxing and socializing.

 

Can we swim during the charter?
Yes, weather and location permitting, we can stop at safe swimming spots.

Where do you go during the charter?
We cruise some of the most scenic areas around Vancouver, including waterfront views, skyline backdrops, and popular local spots. Routes can be adjusted based on your preferences.

 

Can we customize our experience?
Yes. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, sunset cruise, or just a day on the water, we can tailor the experience to your group.

 

Safety & Weather

 

What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

 

Is the boat insured and compliant?
Yes. Safety is a priority, and operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
